dead, Long flame Da'Kor!
Hail to all pole smokers and flame fanners, I Zenarchy Whacka, would like to be the first to announce that the flaming may all be formally directed to Da'Kor once again. Drall has announced to the guild that he will offically quitting EQ to go play a game in beta called Shadowbane. Why am I posting this? Because I am pissed. I was a bold champion for a powerfull guild led by a tyrannical leader to the end of slaying gods. Upon the release of Kunark, all hell has broken loose among many guilds. The old wise players are upset at the expansion for reasons of lag, faction confusion, lack of places to hunt without 30 players, etc. So many have decided that rather then investing another 6 months in a game they loved they will abandon all their friends and look for greener pastures. I for one, intend to tough out the storm and play to 60. From this point I intend to join forces with other powerfull players and kill whatever nasty evils exsist in still unexplored places, including that damnable dragon in the plane of air. For Drall, assuming you still read this board someday out of habbit.... If Napolieon had deserted his troops prior to Waterloo he would have lived to be a ripe old age. But who would remember him without Waterloo. By quitting EQ durring a difficult time of transition, you have not only betrayed me, but have betrayed all in that guild once known as Storm's Fury. You started fights with basically ever guild on EMarr with a guild standing behind you in your defense. I personally emptied all the resources available to me into the guild coffers to support raids in hopes of adding to the power of the guild. Now it was in vane. WHY? Storm's Fury is made primarily of powerfull individuals. Not a team, but persons who play their characters to the best of their abilities without knowing what teamwork was. Storm's Fury was never a team until joined together by a Tyrannical Bitch, who by being the most tempermental somehow united those individuals and forced teamwork down their throats. Many of you hate Drall that read this board. This being because he is a shit talker and a fight starter. I hate him now because he is my Judas. Thanks for being there to sail the boat thru the calm seas. Thanks for taking us thru the squalls. Thanks for jumping ship in the hurricane. Storm's Fury has no more reason to be the target of your flames as so, therefore, all further flames should be directed to Da'Kor. Hate makes Norrath good, Z' Zenarchy Whacka | ||

Bah, screw that. I can't think of another big-time or big-member guild i would join. Hell, maybe they wouldn't want me anyway =) MS- I really like alot of em but the few dipshits would get to me far to fast(Is Holybitch...err... brite still around?) Affliction- We obviously have our differences =) but the PoH thing has little to do with that. Da'Ice- I can't say i know a single one of em personally LoV- great guild with a great leader, but it didn't work out. DG- i have issues with a few of them, but a good guild Any guild with SK's who think they should be normally pulling, LOL Having a good time GDI, right now

Well, my beef with SF is officially over now. Though there are those that chose to take my comments on the boards into /tells in game that I care not for, nor do I care for other people calling members of my guild "Holybitch" but I do hope you can get a new leader for your guild and continue inf your success. Don't let one persons leaving of the game ruin the fun for the rest of you. My beef was always against Drall and his constant antics in game and on the boards. Some of you took his side against me, some stayed neutral, others never paid attention to the boards. But in all sincerety I wish you success though this storms fury and hope you come out with a new perspective. Well...I find it necessary to reply to this. I, for one, was usually neutral with Drall. Really had no problems per say, but to say the least, he was a vocal individual. Drall acomplished what many have tried and failed. He took MANY players, who were without a guild, and brought them together to form a formidable alliance. You get a group, go to a dungeon, and usually sit in the same place for several hours gaining experience with no rewards, other then an 'absurd' ding every couple hours. IMO, I don't think i'll ever play again on a non-PVP server. It's so apparently limited. The best fun i've ever had in ANY games has been when i've played against a live opponenet- whether it be chess, Quake 2, or Ultima Online. The best fun is when you conquer a real person.[/quote]

E.Marr just got a little bit better Saturday night as I was sitting at home, just back from NYC where I had been hanging out with friends, I made the same decision as Drall. I'm not leaving to play Shadowbane or any other game for that matter, I'm just leaving. Something finally hit me square in the forehead and made me realize that I've been taking this game way to seriously... for far too long. I'm not going into the gory details of what finally drove me to the edge, but needless to say… At about 8pm EST, Saturday May 13, 2000 I cancelled my account. Take care of yourselves and don't worry, Ill be stopping by this board occasionally to issue a "Short Bus Award" or two. Be good to each other. Vendrix | ||

All flaming and differences of opinion aside, I am glad Drall is gone. I thought Storms Fury would be much better off without him a long time ago. SF seemed to be pretty protective of him so he must have had one hell of a PR network set up within his own guild. I just couldn't stand the guy. I did not have a problem with 90% of the SF guys aside from some folks just being WRONG about many assumptions they made. Zenarchy, life sucks sometimes. Sometimes you leave the house for a short vacation and when you get back all that's left is a pile of smoldering ashes. Pick yourself up, collect the insurance money and keep on keeping on. Destian, (shakes head) I bear no SERRIOUS ill will towards you or the rest of your guild. Hell I may even be able to tolerate all your corpses lying around J. Zenarchy Alway's respected ya an spoke of your talent as a warrior, you feel burned I guess, I guess I would to but in my eye's we beat the head mobs in the game, to do so again is just passing time, the expansion is total ass, zone's are to big, dungeons basically require your typical planes setup of 3 or 4 groups, 2 monks and 1 or 2 ench to get anywere, sitting around for hr's waiting for everyone to get there because of lack of teles in kunark, total disregard of caster's in kunark with zero to no loot dropping yet melee class loot dropping nonstop with proc's that are unreal, very very few spell's and the spell's themselves being garbage, immense lag even on a cable modem, watching my friend's leaving eq enmasse, alot of them old timers from beta for the same reason's. Basically I am sick of sitting and playing the leveling, camp for loot game. It is just more of the same ol shit, I held out for kunark and gave it 1 month but I hate it, so if the game's not fun at all why stay? We all must leave sometime, well most of us will at least. Just my time that's all. Sf has a extremely solid core, if you guy's can't build upon that, that's your fault each one of you. Atlis,Khel,Dyran Yes it's always been me, the same one who gave you the shralok pack back in the day in hh, hope to meet you all again someday. You persist in posting here even though you have made just about everyone dislike you. Your lack of skill as well as your failure in being able to hold your own guild together has made your shortcomings as a leader extremely evident. You disregarded the good advice given you by some excellent players and instead choose to ignore the understanding that most of the strong guilds on this server had about the Plane's. Your ethics are nonexistent. This is nothing new. The last straw was that childish game you were trying to push over with obviously edited and falsified "Logs". What a kid you must be. Why do you even bother to post at all? Could it be that overly swollen head you have? You have some insane need to stroke your own ego. That much is obvious. I think at this point you have no one left that really cares what you have to say, what your excuses are, or why you are such a self concerned idiot. You think you are a tactical Genius? You think you can step up and play on a PK server? Well I guess we will find out. I wouldn't give a player named Drall on any server I am on much of a chance if they acted like the Drall here. I would never carry a grudge over to another game, nor even to another server. My experience however leads me to believe that people don't change. So if I do see Drall in Shadowbane sometime next year, I will expect the same old Craven, incompetent, falsifying, "WOOT'ing", NO BALLS freak he has been here. I will however allow him the opportunity to prove me wrong, and then do my utmost to destroy him when he fails to make the grade. I have never covered up my dislike for you Drall. I fully expect you to be one of the first true "grief" players on Shadowbane. The definition that the Rep keeps throwing around seems to suit your play style. Hey that will be just fine, maybe you can convince a few other silly folks to come join your band. Hell you could name yourself Drall of Loxly and the guild could be the Merry Men! Just returned from hols to find out Drall gone, came here to find out what's going on as servers are down. Drall you made a damn gud leader with gud organisation skills, maybe little over the top with certain abuse directed at sume, but a lot aimed at peeps dat deserved ebberyting dey got. Take care and have fun in wotever ya do man. As for you Zenarchy you appear to have slagged Drall well, on this point I will say at least Drall has a reason for leavin the guild, when you talk of desertion look in the mirror.
